Today before I go to sleep, I shall publish here the derivation that when charge moves with speed of light then net electromagnetic force, that we know as Lorentz force, on it becomes zero and light travels in a straight line. But when it enters in a medium then its velocity is lowered so it starts to feel the effect of electromagnetic field. That is why refraction in a medium is able to bend the light.
